Delivery Queries

 

Change of delivery address

If you would like to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will adjust the delivery details. On the other hand, should the item have already been dispatched; the delivery address can not be amended.

Lost item

In the unlikely event of your item being lost in transit, please contact us after the following timescales:

1st class:                                4 working days after dispatch

2nd class:                              10 working days after dispatch

International standard:        25 working days after dispatch

International tracked:          12 working days after dispatch

Once the shipment has been confirmed as lost, a replacement will be sent to the original delivery address.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us immediately. If your order has not been dispatched yet, a refund will be issued. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item(s).

 

Returns

Unwanted item - If for any reason would like to return an order for a refund or exchange you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. You then have another 14 days to return the goods which must be received in brand new condition. If an item is returned damaged, we are unable to provide a refund. Refunds & exchanges will be processed within 2 days of receipt of your return.

 

Return postage: Obtaining proof of posting is advised as we are unable to offer refunds if your item(s) are lost in the post. International postage costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds.

 

Damaged item (s)

If you have not received what you ordered or the item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with a detailed description and photographs of the issue. If agreed, a replacement will be sent within 4 working days, via the original shipping method
