RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

You're welcome to return your item for a refund, please complete the returns form below and we will be in contact with you to start the returns process.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We may ask for photographic evidence to find the best resolution to the problem. Please have some photographs ready. 

 

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unwanted item(s)

If for any reason you would like to return an order for a refund or exchange you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods which must be received in brand new condition. If an item is returned damaged, we are unable to provide a refund. Refunds & exchanges will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of your return.

 

Return postage: Obtaining proof of posting is advised as we are unable to offer refunds if your item(s) are lost in the post. If you require a returns label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

 

International postage costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds.

Damaged / faulty item

If you have not received what you ordered or the item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with a detailed description and photographs of the issue. We can not resolve the problem unless we receive photographic evidence and we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund if genuine evidence is not provided.

If a return is agreed we will send you a pre-paid returns label, obtaining proof of posting is advised as we are unable to offer refunds if your item(s) are lost in the post. 

 

Alternatively if you would like a replacement, it will be sent within 1 working day, via the original shipping method.
